Processing and Delivering

  1. Processing: Once you have shot your video, you need to select the best take. Please DO NOT make the file any smaller. Leave it as an HD file as shot on your device. If you have to convert it to send it to your director for approval, please send the original (large) file to us.
  2. Name your file with your name and voice part for choirs, (soprano, alto, tenor, bass, etc), and instrument for ensembles.
  3. Delivering: After you select the best take, you need to deliver it to us. Please visit this site: transfer.pcloud.com
